013 The wonders of signs

Confession - the first time I visited this client in their apartment/office, I went to the wrong floor and stood there knocking on the door wondering why they didn't come and open the door awreddy having just beamed me up via the intercom LOL

I find it most satisfying to see a client's face light up with a smile when I talk them through what I would change about their webpage and why.
